5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Operating an account while concealing your own identity or using someone else's identity.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusion with other users.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 7u7 songs

7u7 songs may temporarily suspend any account without prior notice in cases of terms violation, suspicious activity, or verification requirements. If no violation is proven after the investigation is complete, the suspended account's balance will be returned.

8.2 Closure by the User

An account with no activity for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive. The owner of an inactive account can reactivate it by contacting support.
